Our Guarantee

A satisfied customer is our best advertisement and our goal is to be sure that you are completely satisfied with our design, quality and workmanship. We welcome your feedback about all of our products. Our guarantee requires that products be used as intended for soapmaking and personal body care.

Soapmaking Equipment~Soap Dishes~Bath Accessories: If not completely satisfied with any item, return in original packaging within 30 days for a refund.

Soap and Body Products~Wholesale and Retail: Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, email or call us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. We CANNOT, however, accept returns of personal care products.

We carefully pack all merchandise for shipping. If an order arrives damaged, please call or email us immediately and we will arrange for replacement or credit. You must let us know before you return damaged merchandise.

Shipping:

We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the “ship to” zip code on our web site shopping cart. If you do not select a shipping zone, or select the incorrect zone, we will correct the zone and adjust your invoice accordingly. If you do not choose a shipping method, we will ship by UPS or USPS, choosing the least expensive. For international orders, we will calculate shipping costs and get your approval before shipping.

Local Pick-up: If you are local and would like to pick up your order, call 914-528-4859 to get directions and arrange pick up. We are located in Westchester County between Yorktown and Peekskill near the Taconic State Parkway.

Payment Options

We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. Orders paid by check are held until funds clear our bank. If a check is returned to us, the customer will be charged a $20.00 fee and no future orders will be shipped until the account is paid. All future orders will be paid by money order or credit card. We do not ship COD. We do not keep credit card information on file. You must resubmit or call with your credit card number each time you order.

 

Privacy

Information that we collect is solely for use by Creekside Soaps in our business relationship with you. We will not release, sell or give your personal information or email address to anyone.
